4. User Input and Local Storage. Any prompts or messages you type into the AI are processed temporarily to generate websites. RocktAI may use your browser’s local storage to save chat messages or generated content so you can continue where you left off during your visit. This data is stored only on your device and is not sent to or stored on our servers. You may delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or refreshing if the application includes a “clear chat” option.

5. Third-party services. The AI is powered via an API provided by Groq Cloud. We do not use any other third-party services that collect or store your information.

6. Local Storage; No Tracking. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies. The only form of data persistence is browser local storage, used solely to improve your experience by keeping your messages available on your device. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking.

7. Children. Our Service is intended for general audiences. We recommend parental guidance for children under 13, as the Service allows free interaction with AI to generate websites.

8. Data sharing. We do not share any user data with anyone. Since we do not collect data, there is nothing to share.

9. Security. Although we do not store user input, we take general measures to maintain the security of our Service and API interactions.
